Quinn, the proud owner of Quinntessential Salon, is a certified trichologist, licensed cosmetologist in California, and a Red Seal hairstylist in Canada. Her passion for hair goes beyond the surface—it's a true calling. Quinn’s career has taken her from behind the chair to behind the scenes in Hollywood, where she worked with celebrity clients and styled on the sets of music videos and commercials.
Now based in Edmonton, AB, she brings her wealth of experience and creative flair to Quinntessential Salon—a space where beauty meets expertise. Quinn’s mission is simple: to help every client feel confident, stylish, and completely at home in their hair.
Quinn has had many opportunities in LA that has helped advance her career. Quinn was on the hit reality show "Chiquis n Control" from the producers of "I Love Jenni" playing herself as an amazing hair stylist. She has also styled for many editorial and commercial photo shoots with big brands like Nike & Coors Light.
Quinn was born and raised in Los Angeles, California where she started out as a hair assistant at the age of 15. She got her foot in the door by assisting one of the top hairstylist educators for Aveda. She then became a licensed Cosmetologist in 2006 at the age of 18. She worked closely with a celebrity stylist in West Hollywood for 10 years where she picked up her own celebrity clientele as well.
Quinn has had many opportunities in LA that has helped advance her career. Quinn was on the hit reality show Chiquis n' Control from the producers of I love Jenni playing herself as an amazing hair stylist. She also styled for many editorial and commercial photo shoots with big brands like Nike & Coors Light.
Quinn, later on, moved to Seattle Washington but flew back to LA every other month, not only to upkeep her clients from West Hollywood but she also landed a position as the main stylist for the show Astrology Zone with Susan Miller. She met her Canadian husband in Washington, then married after 2 years. Quinn gave up her busy bee life to move here to Edmonton, Alberta where she could not be hppier with her hubby and pup Cashew!
Quinn prides herself on listening to her client's needs to create personalized, gorgeous hair colour and styles while always keeping the integrity of their hair her top priority. She is a very passionate person that loves doing hair and building relationships with her client's.
Quinn is now located full-time in Edmonton, AB Canada where she loves keeping up with yoga and boxing in her free time. When she's not doing hair, she's talking about it! Quinn is also an Educator with Modern for Nook Eco-Inspired Products that she uses in-salon and sells at her new location.
